I've seen dozens of photos of this well-known sandstone arch but for some reason it looked different in real life. What most shots don't capture is the sudden vertical drop into a deep canyon. It's actually suspended over a vertigo-inducing precipice, so that little bit of rock at the bottom of the shot is as close as you can get to the arch (without climbing on top which is not allowed, or smart for that matter).
