I was a bit shocked when I took this photo.⠀ ___⠀ ⠀ It's probably one of the most photographed spots in the Vatican, but did you know it's located in the middle of the gift shop? 😳🙃Yep. True story. ⠀ ___⠀ ⠀ The golden early morning light hit the staircase in such a beautiful way that it created a range of green colours against the usual blue walls.⠀ ___⠀ ⠀ We explored the Vatican on a brand new "Pristine Sistine VIP" tour with @WalksTours. It required starting at 7:30am, but was totally worth it.
