"Knowledge is realizing that the street is one-way, wisdom is looking both directions anyway." _ Every evening the world's largest urban bat colony emerges in a swarm from under the Congress Avenue Bridge in the middle of Austin, Texas. _ That's what all those folks on the bridge are waiting for. It's a remarkable spectacle unlike anything else. That pretty much sums up the quirky, off-beat, fun vibe of Austin.
