So if you're looking for an affordable base to explore southern Bali for a few days, this could be just right. _ From the rooftop you can see construction underway for the world's biggest statue. "Garuda Wisnu Kencana" which is about 75 metres high, 120 metres if you count the pedestal (30m higher than the Statue of Liberty). It is expected to be completed in September this year.

This new, modern hotel is centrally located, within a short drive to the airport, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran Bay. Prices are very reasonable and the food at the on-site restaurant is fabulous. Highly recommend! 👍. _ People have asked me if Bali is safe with the recent volcanic activity and heavy rains, and my answer is a resounding yes. Be cautious about listening to sensationalist news.
