Sky melting into the sea. On a cloudy day there's almost no horizon looking down the pier in Cowes, Phillip Island. We caught a breathtaking boat ride to see seals. Quite an adventure, especially if you love roller coasters π #jetty #seascape #phillipislandnature @phillipislandnp

Melbourne is sports mad. Its easy to see from a helicopter how much emphasis is placed on sport in Australia's 2nd largest city. From this view you can see the country's leading venues for cricket, tennis and (Aussie rules) football, plus the city's rugby stadium. Oh, and it's a beautiful city from the sky just like on the ground. #Melbourne #seeaustralia @viatortravel

Follow the path... A remarkable story of survival at Loch Ard Gorge. This location was named after a ship that ran aground in 1878, and out of 54 passengers and crew only 2 teenagers survived. #history #seegor #greatoceanroad #australia

Happy. At Brighton Beach in Melbourne, Australia. The beach front is lined with colourful wooden huts. Very exclusive though. One of these tiny huts with no electricity and plumbing but will still cost over a quarter of a million dollars. Phew. #bright #australia #happy

Calming sea of green. One of the many views driving along the Great Ocean Road in Australia. What makes this drive so amazing is the vastly varied landscapes - dry scrubland, tall trees with misty mountains, limestone cliffs with flat coastal vistas, and then these green rolling hills that look just like Ireland. #landscape #seeaustralia @greatoceanroad

This bird is EVIL. Don't be fooled by its innocent face and pretty colours. It's a cold-hearted, fierce beast. I held out a handful of bird food after taking this shot. And this green little fella slowly walked up to my hand, never breaking his piercing gaze... And took a mouthful of my finger. Arrrrrrrgh! I'm hit! I couldn't believe it. I was stunned. He was hanging off my finger by his beak and I was screaming. I'm sure the side of his beak curled into a sinister smirk. He knew exactly what he was doing and inflicted maximum pain. Once bitten twice shy. These wild birds and koalas just hang out near Kennet River along the Great Ocean Road. Well worth a visit... If you dare. #dangerous #wildlife #australia
